Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Times We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are:

- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. Free standard shipping may be available on orders over a set threshold — check our website for current promotions.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. adverse weather, strikes).
